Mindful Core Group Physiotherapy Class
Mindful Core is a 60 minute, gentle group, physiotherapy exercise class that combines the practices of Pilates, foam rolling & mindfulness to bring awareness to our bodies, build strength and stability, promote flexibility and improve the mind-body connection.
This class includes a short mindfulness meditation component at the end of each class to improve mental well-being.
This class is suitable for all ages & stages, including pregnancy, chronic pain and injury rehabilitation.
Wednesdays 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Wednesdays 6;40pm – 7:40pm
