Learn Vedic Meditation
Imagine for a moment what it would feel like to move through life with a constant sense of inner calm and grounding. Where your mind has the ability to move and create without over reaction, stress, anxiety, judgement and worry. This is the experience of a Vedic meditator in everyday life.
Group Vedic Meditation Courses run every month, over 4 x 75 minute sessions, on the Northern Beaches, South Coast of Sydney and Sydney city. We also travel interstate upon request.
During the course you’ll learn how to effortlessly enter a meditative state in the first session via personalised instruction and also be given your own unique mantra. A mantra in an ancient sound that is used in this technique to effortlessly take you beyond thoughts to a deeper state of calm and awareness.
In the following three sessions we further refine your practice. We discuss the practical aspect of meditation, the mind and body connection, effects of stress on all systems, the benefits of this meditation practice and how to work with the creative intelligence of nature while accessing greater intuition and creativity.
By the completion of the course you’ll have practical experience combined with a deep theoretical understanding that allows you to practice entirely on your own, anywhere, anytime.
