Rachel Addison
Founder Rise Community
Hi, I’m Rachel and am the Director of Rise Wellness Studio. I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker & EMDR therapist with over 15 years of clinical practice in mental health treatment. I am also a qualified yoga instructor, mum of 3 amazing girls and am passionate about the mind-body connection to obtaining optimal holistic health & wellness. I’ve had the privilege of providing clinical care in a variety of settings ranging from inpatient, substance use & crisis intervention, community mental health, school counselling, domestic violence & refugee services and most recently in private practice. I also serve as a guest lecturer on the Medical Faculty of the University of Sydney.I offer an integrative & client-centered approach tailoring treatment to the individual needs of each client. I draw on training & experience primarily in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, solution focused & motivational interviewing as well as attachment informed eye movement & desensitisation reprocessing (AI-EMDR). I believe every person who comes to me has the capacity for healing, positive growth & resilience with pre-existing strengths to benefit significantly from the evidence-based interventions I offer.
As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, I am a registered medicare provider, which allows clients to claim a rebate to cover a portion of the cost of services when referred under a mental health care by a GP.
I am also an approved SIRA provider which means I can provide treatment under compensation claims free of charge when referred accordingly.
It is also an option to access services on your own accord and pay privately. You may be able to claim rebates through your private health fund as well.

Generally, Medicare or Private Pay appointment fees are as follows:
Initial appointment: Allow up to 75 minutes $225
Follow up standard appointments: Allow up to 50 minutes: $195
Follow up extended session: Allow up to 90 minutes: $260
If eligible under a mental health care plan, you may receive a rebate of $78 per session or up to 80% of your gap upon hitting your medicare safety net.
When you book an appointment, 75 minutes of my schedule is blocked for this service. Due to the overheads of running a private practice, a fee of 50% of the session will be charged for all cancellations made within less than 24 hours and 100% for cancellation or no show of less than 3 hours.
Julia Berger
Phsyiotherapist
Julia is a driven and experienced physiotherapist who brings an energised and evidence based approach to treating clients with a range of conditions. Julia has completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Post Graduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor and Continence Physiotherapy, and is excited to share her skills and knowledge with clients through a variety of holistic wellness strategies and a network of likeminded health care practitioners. Together with her experience in Pilates, core stability and mindfulness she also loves to bring wellness classes and workshops that explore the mind-body connection, and how the mind can greatly influence our health and well being.
Initial consultation: $130 (45 min)
Standard consultation: $100 (30 minutes)

Olga Tanevska
Psychologist
Olga is a Registered Psychologist who is experienced working with a range of clients including adults, adolescents and couples and enjoys working on a wide range of psychological presentations. Olga believes the best outcomes are achieved by developing a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients where they feel heard and understood within a non -judgemental space. She works collaboratively utilising the latest evidence-based strategies to suit individual needs.

She also sees clients who are under SIRA (Work Cover).
Individual counselling $160 (50 mins)
If eligible for Mental Health Plan, you will receive a rebate of $88.25 per session
Couples $190 per session
SIRA covered with no out of pocket. Pre-approval by the insurer required.
48 hours notice required, otherwise charged 50% of fee.
Jenny Romanczukiewicz
Physiotherapist
Jenny is a passionate, experienced physiotherapist with specialist training in lymphoedema, lipoedema and chronic oedema management as well as expertise in the areas of physiotherapy management in palliative and end of life care, neurodegenerative conditions, rehabilitation and chronic respiratory conditions.
She is passionate about assisting clients to achieve the best possible results for their condition and empowering clients to be able to confidently maintain and manage their condition. Her personal goal is to provide clients with the most up to date and evidence based care while also empowering and enabling individuals with chronic and degenerative conditions to rise above their challenges and to appreciate their body for its astounding resilience. She believes that the human body is an amazing structure that can adapt to changes despite all odds and loves to guide clients on their journey towards wellbeing and function.
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (honours), AHPRA registered physiotherapist, Macquarie University Alert lymphoedema trained (head, neck, lower limb, upper limb, breast, trunk and genital oedema management), Australian Lymphology Association accredited lymphoedema practitioner, Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and APA cancer, lymphoedema and palliative care group member.
Private health and medicare (CDM) rebates available as well as DVA and self managed/plan managed NDIS participants.
